At Tiny Batch Bakery, we take pride in every item we bake. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Our Commitment to Quality

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. All items are baked fresh in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refunds:

  • Quality Issues: If you receive items that are damaged, stale, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup
  • Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or items are missing
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong items

Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items consumed or partially consumed
  • Orders not picked up within 2 hours of scheduled pickup time
  • Perishable items left unrefrigerated by customer
  • Orders that don't arrive by the promised date (for orders shipped when promised)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Email us at tinybatchbakery704@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
    • Brief description of the problem
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with a resolution

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchase
  • Replacement items (for local orders)
  • Partial refund for partially affected orders

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please carefully review all ingredient lists before ordering. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for allergic reactions or dietary incompatibilities if ingredients were properly listed.

Custom Orders and Special Events

  • Custom orders require 50% deposit, which becomes non-refundable 7 days before pickup/delivery
  • Custom orders must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the delivery/pickup date
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive full refund
  • Cancellations made 5-7 days in advance receive 50% refund
  • Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable

Local Pickup Orders

  • Orders must be picked up within 2 hours of scheduled pickup time
  • Unclaimed orders are not eligible for refunds
  • We'll attempt to contact you once if you miss your pickup window

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package is in their possession
  • For shipped orders damaged in transit, we'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier
  • Perishable goods shipped are at customer's risk once delivered
